Times Professional Learning Wins Talent Acquisition Award at the HR Excellence Awards 2018
TimesPro has been awarded as a winner in Talent Acquisition Award and First Runnerup in the Diversity and Inclusion Award at the PeopleFirst HR Excellence Awards 2018, held on May 25, in Mumbai
This award is in recognition of Times Professional Learning's (TPL) talent attraction strategy and innovative means to hire talent and how this aligns with the overall Business growth and employer branding. TPL boasts of a very diverse talent drawn from across geographies, cultures, upbringing and education. The diversity extends beyond gender and focusses on creating an inclusive workspace. Several national and international organisations were nominated for the coveted award.

The selection process was based on a Presentation along with case studies to a Jury comprising of HR Experts and Business Heads. The Jury posed questions on the aspects presented and post presentations by all teams, the finalists were announced. The team had received 150 nominations from across the country, 36 of which were awarded at the ceremony on the basis of jury presentation and reference checks.
